Plastic Raw Material Silo 25 m³

Plastic raw material silo systems enable bulk storage of granular, powder and pellet-form plastic raw materials before production, protected from external factors. AHF İnovasyon's PHD series is offered with different capacity and configuration options, from single units to multi-compartment silo batteries.

The conical base design directs all of the material inside the silo toward the outlet, eliminating corner buildup or bridging problems. Flow is assisted by a vibration motor or air blowing system when needed.

Silos are equipped with level sensors so the fill ratio can be continuously monitored; low-level alerts can be integrated into production planning. For models fed via pneumatic lines, a dust filter and pressure-equalizing breather are recommended as standard.

When planned together with AHF's powder/raw material mixers and conveyor belt systems, PHD series silos create a turnkey storage-feeding solution that covers the entire process from raw material receiving to feeding the production line.
